![]() The only drawback of this build is that you´ll need godly runes to have good SPD, DEF and a decent CrRate & Damage. Will is of course due to avoid 1st turn debuffs AND, CritDamage was chosen because the Damage multipliers are quite decent, so ATB-0 + Freeze + Decent damage seemed a great combo. Despair is not a good choice because the freeze chances are very high on both S2&S3 skills. I´ve chosen SPD and Violent because the fastest he goes and procs, the more chances of getting all enemies frozen. I´ve obviously chosen %DEF because this monster needs some sustain and because main damage is DEF based. My Verad is runed Violent/Will - SPD/CrDam/%Def. But I´ve chosen a different path, and I want to share it and explain the reasond why I´ve used my own build. ![]() Up in the main review, you have some suggestions, good ones, of course. So once we agrre on the utility and CC capabilities of this monster, the only possible discussion would be about how to rune Verad. ![]() Effect chance is 100% so this skill is unique in all the monsters and can only be matched by an extremely lucky Despair Poseidon.Ĭoncerning the other 3 skills, the leader one is an extremely usefull 33HP everywhere, the second skill is also an AoE freeze and the first one a simple damage hit. The 3rd Skill, "Absolute Zero", can give you TWO turns in a row, the first by setting all enemies ATB to zero, and the second because of the Freeze, so Overall most of your units will be able to attack twice before the enemies can move. Although he needs an AoE stripper to shine in high rank PvP, this Dragon is by far the best PvE crowd Control monster available, and the ruler of ToA/ToaH. I guess Verad doesn´t need a review at this point, cause he is one of the top CC monsters of the game. ![]()
